Founder
Founded Dizital Connect to connect businesses with the people and platforms that help them grow.
Rashmi founded Dizital Connect in 2023 on a simple belief: businesses grow when the right buyers can find them and the right people know them. She leads the company and DC Community, the network that brings together founders and the sales, marketing and business development leaders who drive revenue.
Before Dizital Connect, she co-founded and ran Hangout Zone, a restaurant in Goa, for two years. Earlier, she managed business development, student outreach and social media promotion for a Digital India training institute in Delhi.
Rashmi is a kidney failure warrior. Through her social media presence across platforms, she shares her journey to spread positivity and to break the taboo that society still attaches to women patients.
Sagar Pratap Singh

Sagar has spent more than 16 years in go-to-market strategy, business development and demand generation, over 12 of them in the US legal services market, where he has worked with 90+ law firms across personal injury, mass tort, medical malpractice and other practice areas. As VP of Business Development & Marketing at Draft n Craft Legal Outsourcing, he owned the full cycle from lead generation to closing and account growth.
At Dizital Connect, he leads marketing and GTM strategy for law firms, legal tech and growing B2B companies, with a focus on how buyers now find providers through search and AI assistants.
He is Founder and Host of WhoBringsTheBusiness, Dizital Connect's conversation series and meet-ups with the founders, CMOs and sales leaders who bring business in. He also writes Your Honor, We Need Clients, a weekly newsletter on how law firms get found, hired and paid. Earlier, he built and sold a restaurant business in Goa.
Avantika Singh

Keeps DC's marketing running week to week, from the content calendar to the conversations it starts.
Avantika has been with Dizital Connect since 2024, starting as a digital marketing intern and growing into the role that keeps the marketing engine running. She manages the content calendar, writes and publishes across social media and email for DC and its clients, and tracks what earns engagement to adjust the mix.
She also looks after day-to-day conversations with followers and the DC Community online. She studied at Delhi University and holds a digital marketing certification.
