Founders can rarely describe a finished site in the abstract, so we stopped asking them to and built something to react to instead.

What the client was dealing with
A skincare startup operating from Australia, Dubai and Pune needed one e-commerce experience serving three audiences. The founders knew what they wanted and could not specify it in writing, so each round of feedback contradicted the last.
The real cost was not design quality. It was cycle time. Every ambiguous brief added a fortnight.
How the engagement ran
01 Discover
Detailed conversations with both founders to establish the product range, the three market contexts and the commercial priorities for each.
02 Diagnose
The constraint was specification, not execution. Abstract briefs were generating contradictory feedback and consuming the timeline.
03 Design
Built a sample site first and used it as the reference point, which converted subjective feedback into specific changes.
04 Deliver
Completed the build against the agreed prototype, with product imagery and market-specific content in place at launch.
05 Develop
Handed over the store operation with documentation for adding products and running campaigns.
06 Demonstrate
Measured against the previous build attempt so the cycle-time improvement was visible, not just the launch.
