What the client was dealing with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A California-based solo attorney asked for a redesign and CRM support. Solo practices often ask for a new website when the actual failure is downstream: the enquiry arrives, sits in an inbox, and the prospect retains someone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website and the case management system were operating independently. Nothing connected an enquiry to a matter without manual re-entry, and manual re-entry does not happen reliably in a practice with one attorney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
