What the client was dealing with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A skincare startup operating from Australia, Dubai and Pune needed one e-commerce experience serving three audiences. The founders knew what they wanted and could not specify it in writing, so each round of feedback contradicted the last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The real cost was not design quality. It was cycle time. Every ambiguous brief added a fortnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completed the build against the agreed prototype, with product imagery and market-specific content in place at launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Handed over the store operation with documentation for adding products and running campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

06  Demonstrate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measured against the previous build attempt so the cycle-time improvement was visible, not just the launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
