What the client was dealing with<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A yoga instructor wanted an online presence and had no production capability to build one on. The default engagement would have been a content retainer, which solves the output problem and leaves the capability problem exactly where it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The constraint was not strategy. It was that she could not shoot, edit and publish without help, so nothing survived the end of any engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How the engagement ran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

01  Discover<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established what she actually taught, who booked her, and what she could realistically produce in a week alongside teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

02  Diagnose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bottleneck was production capability, not content direction. Any plan she could not execute alone would fail on the day we stopped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

03  Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built a content direction and posting cadence sized to her real available time rather than to an ideal schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

04  Deliver<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produced the initial collateral and the first content set to establish the standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

05  Develop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taught the production process: how to shoot, edit, package and publish. This was the engagement, not an add-on to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

06  Demonstrate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measured independence rather than reach. The success condition was consistent self-published output after handover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
