Each is measured on its own metrics, so every channel reports success and pipeline stays flat.

A channel should have a job: create awareness, capture intent, nurture consideration, or close. When every channel does everything, spend duplicates and attribution becomes unreadable.

Why it happens, five levels down

Channels report well and pipeline does not move. Why? Each is measured on internal metrics rather than contribution.

Channels are measured in isolation. Why? Each has a different owner and a different dashboard.

No one owns the campaign across channels. Why? The team is structured by channel.

Structure follows tools rather than the buyer journey. Why? It was built as channels were added.

The plan mirrors the org chart, not the buyer.Root cause. Structure by journey stage and the duplication disappears.

The diagnostic

Run this before planning any work.
