Part A - The DC Mentor Arrangement<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdded00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cdded00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.1 Nature of the Arrangement<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-ea63ad5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ea63ad5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The DC Mentor arrangement is a voluntary, non-commercial, non-contractual relationship. It is not an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, consultancy or joint-venture arrangement of any kind.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The arrangement is entirely non-financial from both sides:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>DizitalConnect does NOT charge any fee, subscription, listing fee, joining fee, commission or any other financial consideration to any individual for being listed as, or accepted as, a DC Mentor<\/li><li>DizitalConnect does NOT pay any salary, honorarium, appearance fee, commission, revenue share, equity or any other financial consideration to any DC Mentor for their profile listing, their participation in DC Events, or any other aspect of the Mentor Arrangement<\/li><li>No financial obligation of any kind is created between DizitalConnect and a DC Mentor by these Terms or by the Mentor Arrangement<\/li><\/ul><p><em>This non-financial arrangement is the foundation of the DC Mentor programme. If any commercial arrangement is agreed separately and in writing in future (for example, a paid keynote engagement), that will be governed by a separate agreement and will be clearly distinct from the DC Mentor Arrangement.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1cc26b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a1cc26b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.2 What DizitalConnect Provides to DC Mentors<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-2cfff1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2cfff1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In consideration of the Mentor providing their profile information (Clause 3.3), DizitalConnect agrees to:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>Create and publish a professional DC Mentor profile on the DC website and associated digital platforms, featuring the Mentor&#8217;s name, photograph, title, company, industry, bio, years of experience, and LinkedIn \/ Instagram details as provided<\/li><li>Invite the Mentor to relevant DC Events &#8211; virtual webinars, physical meet-ups, annual conferences and DC Awards Shows &#8211; as a panelist, moderator, keynote speaker, judge or featured contributor, subject to availability and mutual agreement. Every invitation is discretionary and the Mentor has full freedom to accept or decline each one individually<\/li><li>Feature the Mentor&#8217;s name, title and photograph in DC social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X\/Twitter and similar channels) and in press releases, newsletters and media content where their participation is relevant<\/li><li>Provide access to attend DC Events &#8211; physical conferences, meet-ups and DC Awards Shows &#8211; on a complimentary or heavily discounted basis, as detailed in Clause 3.5 below<\/li><li>Connect DC Campus Ambassadors in the Mentor&#8217;s industry with the Mentor for guidance purposes, subject to the Mentor&#8217;s availability and consent<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0eb3b4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a0eb3b4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.3 Access to DC Physical Events - Conferences, Meet-ups and Awards Shows<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-d24ef10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d24ef10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As a DC Mentor, you will receive priority access to attend DC physical events &#8211; including city meet-ups, annual conferences and the DC Marketing Excellence Awards Show &#8211; on the following basis:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>Complimentary (free) access: Where slots are available on a complimentary basis, DC Mentors will receive priority allocation over general registrants<\/li><li>Heavily discounted access: Where complimentary slots are not available, DC Mentors will be offered discounted attendance at a rate significantly below the published ticket price<\/li><li>Group access: Discounted group attendance options may be available where a Mentor wishes to bring a colleague or team member<\/li><li>Sponsored access: Where a DC Event has available sponsored slots (slots funded by an event sponsor), DC Mentors may be allocated these subject to availability<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Access to events is subject to:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>Slot availability at the time of invitation &#8211; there is no guarantee of attendance at any specific DC Event<\/li><li>The Mentor confirming attendance within the timeframe stated in the invitation<\/li><li>The Mentor adhering to the DC Code of Conduct (Clause 7) at all events attended<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Access is offered in recognition of the Mentor&#8217;s contribution to the community &#8211; it is not compensation for services. It is a community benefit, subject to availability, and carries no financial value guarantee.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02e1201 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"02e1201\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.4 What Mentors Agree to Provide<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-a238a36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a238a36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To be listed as a DC Mentor, you agree to provide the following accurate and current information:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>A high-resolution professional photograph &#8211; minimum 1,000 pixels on the short side &#8211; in JPEG or PNG format, for which you confirm you hold the right to grant DizitalConnect a usage licence<\/li><li>A short professional biography of 100-150 words in the third person<\/li><li>Your current job title and employer or organisation name (or &#8216;Independent&#8217; if self-employed)<\/li><li>Your primary industry vertical from DC&#8217;s defined categories<\/li><li>Your total years of professional experience in your stated field<\/li><li>Your LinkedIn profile URL<\/li><li>Your Instagram profile URL and approximate follower count (optional)<\/li><li>Your preferred contact email address for event invitations (not published on your profile)<\/li><\/ul><p>You confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful and not misleading. You agree to notify DizitalConnect promptly if your professional details change materially &#8211; for example, a change of employer, title or industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eae3079 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eae3079\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.5 Participation in DC Events and Awards Shows<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-ef1dcd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef1dcd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Invitations to DC Events and the DC Awards Show are issued on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Each invitation will be issued separately and you retain full discretion to accept or decline without affecting your Mentor status.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Where you accept an invitation to participate in a DC Event or Awards Show:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>As a speaker or panelist: You agree to participate professionally and in good faith. You may share your views and expertise without endorsing any commercial product or service in which you have a financial interest, unless that interest is clearly disclosed to the audience at the time<\/li><li>As a judge at the DC Awards Show: You agree to review entries allocated to you within the timelines provided, maintain confidentiality of judging scores and deliberations, and declare any conflict of interest in relation to specific entrants before judging begins<\/li><li>As a moderator or host: You agree to follow DC&#8217;s event format and facilitate discussion professionally<\/li><li>In all roles: You agree to adhere to the DC Code of Conduct (Clause 7)<\/li><\/ul><p>DizitalConnect retains full editorial control over event programmes, agendas, speaker selection and session content.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b97f5d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0b97f5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.6 Photograph, Media and Promotional Licence<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-f8d9cbf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8d9cbf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">By submitting your photograph and professional details and agreeing to these Terms, you grant DizitalConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your name, professional title, company name, photograph, biography and any audio or video recordings made at or in connection with DC Events for the following purposes:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>Your published DC Mentor profile page on the DC website and any DC-branded digital platforms<\/li><li>DC social media posts across any platform (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X\/Twitter and others) for community promotion<\/li><li>DC press releases, newsletters, podcast content and promotional materials related to DC Events or the DC Awards<\/li><li>Media coverage of DC Events, including where DizitalConnect has provided information to journalists who subsequently publish independently<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This licence does not extend to use of your name or likeness to endorse any third-party commercial product, service or brand without your separate written consent. DizitalConnect will not edit your stated views in any published material in a way that materially misrepresents them.<\/p><p>You may withdraw this licence at any time by notifying DizitalConnect in writing at <a href=\"mailto:hello@dizitalconnect.com\">hello@dizitalconnect.com<\/a>. DizitalConnect will remove your profile and cease active promotional use of your materials within 14 working days. Materials already published and distributed (for example, past social media posts or recorded webinars) may remain in archives unless specific removal is requested and is technically feasible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-104097b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"104097b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.7 Intellectual Property<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-b91a12c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b91a12c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Content you create specifically for a DC Event &#8211; presentations, written materials, visual assets &#8211; (&#8216;Mentor Content&#8217;) remains your intellectual property. By participating in a DC Event, you grant DizitalConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to record, stream, publish and distribute your Mentor Content as part of the DC Event and its archive. DizitalConnect will always credit you as the creator.<\/p><p>You confirm that any Mentor Content you provide does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not contain confidential information belonging to your employer or any third party without authorisation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad8c0c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ad8c0c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.8 No Endorsement<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vamtam-has-theme-widget-styles elementor-element elementor-element-c27454d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c27454d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The DC Mentor designation indicates participation in the DC community. It does not constitute an endorsement by DizitalConnect of the Mentor&#8217;s employer, products, services, views or professional credentials. Sponsor involvement will be disclosed. Sponsors do not purchase editorial control over DC content, judging, or programming. While Indian law governs these Terms, DizitalConnect is committed to respecting applicable local rights:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"true\"><li>United Kingdom: DizitalConnect operates a UK office and acknowledges applicable UK law, including UK GDPR. UK-based participants retain all rights available to them under English law that cannot be excluded by contract<\/li><li>United States: DizitalConnect does not offer any financial consideration to Mentors and does not charge Mentors any fees.
